Where can I buy WarmYX dancewear?

You can order WarmYX dancewear here, at our online store. Because our products are costumized by you and are available in many different colour and fabric combinations, WarmYX Dancewear is not available in stores.

How long do I have to wait to receive my WarmYX dancewear?

Delivery is carried out via Mail or parcels service generally within 3-4 weeks. However, please remember that the products of WarmYX are not mass-produced articles. WarmYX will not always be able to avoid longer delivery times.

Why can I not return or cancel an order?

You can not cancel an order of a product.
The products can also not be returned or exchanged for any reason barring defects in the production of the products. Each and every piece is handmade, made according to the customer's personal choice of colours and fabric.
If a product has a defect, you have seven (7) days from the date of delivery to return the defective product at your expense for exchange or reimbursement to WarmYX.

Why is there a slight diffrence between the colours of my ordered dancewear and the ones seen on the catalogue and/or website?

We make every effort to display product colours on the site and promotional material as accurately as possible but "WarmYX" can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product will be accurate. The photographs and texts illustrating the products are non contractual.

How can I be sure I am ordering the right size?

Of course the best way to know the right size for you would be to try on a WarmYX product, but because this is not always possible, we have thoroughly tested our sizing chart. Please keep in mind that some models fit better on certain body types.

How should I take care of my WarmYX dancewear?

Please wash the WarmYX products only in cold water and use very mild detergent. Lay the WarmYX products flat to dry. Do not use the tumble dryer to dry them and iron them at low temperature. Follow any further special instructions or notes on the labels of your product.

How can I change my order?

Should you wish to change your order after making a mistake in the process, please contact us through e-mail: info@warmyx.com, immediately to allow us to make the necessary changes and adjustments. As long as your order is not custom-tailored or already shipped out, we are happy to assist.
